Email Service Terms of Service
Effective September 24, 2026.
These terms describe authorized use of All Urban WooCommerce Email, the store email integration operated by All Urban Shoes at allurbanpr.com.
Purpose and access
The service connects the store’s business Gmail account to WordPress and WooCommerce so the store can send order, account, administrative, and customer-service messages. Connection management is available to authorized store administrators. Connecting a Google account requires the account owner’s authorization.
Authorized use
Store users must use the integration only for authorized store communications and must protect their administrative accounts and connection credentials. The service must not be used for unlawful messages, impersonation, unsolicited bulk email, or unauthorized access to another person’s account or information.
Delivery and account control
Delivery depends on Google, the recipient’s email provider, and the store’s hosting and connection settings. A message accepted by the sending service is not a guarantee that it will appear in a recipient’s inbox. The Google account owner can revoke the connection, and authorized store administrators can disconnect it. Disconnection prevents the integration from sending further messages through that account until it is reauthorized.
