Email Service Privacy Policy
Effective September 24, 2026.
This policy describes the All Urban WooCommerce Email service operated by All Urban Shoes at allurbanpr.com. It covers the store’s Google/Gmail connection and the information processed to send store emails.
Information the email service uses
The service uses the authorized business Google account’s email address, available sending addresses, and OAuth authorization tokens. To send a message, it processes the recipient address, subject, message body, and any attachments supplied by the store. Store messages may contain customer names, order details, delivery addresses, tracking information, or account information relevant to that message. Operational records can include delivery status, timestamps, and error details.
Google access and purpose
Authorized store staff connect the business Gmail account through Google’s consent screen. The installed WP Mail SMTP integration requests a broad Gmail permission that can permit reading, composing, sending, and permanently deleting mail. The configured All Urban service uses the connection to identify the sending account and available sending addresses and to send store messages. It does not provide an inbox-browsing or mailbox-deletion feature. Customers are not asked to connect their personal Google accounts.
Google account data is used to operate this email connection and support its security and delivery. It is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.
Storage and sharing
The WordPress installation stores connection settings and authorization tokens on the store’s hosting infrastructure. Store order records and operational logs may also contain information about messages. Google processes outgoing messages for delivery, and recipients and their email providers receive the messages addressed to them. The connection uses WP Mail SMTP’s OAuth redirect service during authorization. Hosting and email-service providers process information needed to operate their services.
Access within the store is limited through its administrative permissions. Information may also be used or disclosed when necessary to investigate security issues or comply with applicable law. Google-derived data is not shared with advertising platforms or data brokers.
Retention, disconnection, and requests
Connection data is retained while needed to operate and maintain the authorized connection. The Google account owner can revoke access in their Google Account’s third-party connections settings, and authorized store administrators can remove the connection in WP Mail SMTP. Revocation stops future API access; it does not recall delivered emails or automatically remove existing order records, logs, backups, or messages already held by Google and recipients.

Google API data use
All Urban WooCommerce Email follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, for data received from Google APIs.
Updates and contact
